Oceanfront, unhurried.
A small collection of coastal homes — dunes at your doorstep, water on the horizon, and a local team that answers on the first ring.
We keep our collection deliberately small — never more than we can walk ourselves. Every door code, every path to the water, every sunrise checked by someone who lives here.
The best seat is on the deck.
Golden hour, quiet water, and long evenings outside. Many of our homes face the sunset head-on — we stock the deck chairs and leave the lights low.

Edward was kind and very responsive from the start. Always answered our questions and made sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Edward’s home is beautiful with so much space even with a lot of people. So glad we stayed in this beautiful house! Definitely will be coming back

This place was amazing. All of us including my guests said the house was nice and beautiful. Lots of amenities and Edward was so helpful from the beginning up to the end of our stay. The arcade was fun, only 1 was not working. The grill, stove and jacuzzi work perfectly fine. The only hiccup we had is the parking to where we have 4 cars and we cant park overnight on the side of the street. Definitely I will rent the place again.

Our family really enjoyed our weekend getaway, the house was perfect. Thank you!
